Capital Capitol is the insertion of a re-imagined civic centre into a speculative development at the heart of the Sandton business district. The new city infrastructure will be antagonistic to the contemporary architectural trend of Form Follows Finance, but will act to increase productivity through a capitalist investment in human potential.
