This project breathes new life into a female student accommodation from the Bauhaus era, blending contemporary African identity with its storied past. Using clean lines of concrete, natural colours, and textures, we honour Bauhaus principles while infusing vibrant African artistry. The interiors feature refreshed finishes that marry traditional patterns with modern aesthetics. Smart services and sustainable practices ensure efficiency and future readiness. This renovated haven is more than accommodation; it is a community where history and innovation harmoniously converge, celebrating tradition while nurturing every student’s journey.
